We have 6 two-bedroom floor plans which have a variety of stylish color palette options from warm brown tones to stark black-and-white. They have distinct, thoughtfully designed room layouts and are available throughout the 40 floors of our downtown Oakland high-rise (so you get to choose your ideal unit location). There are also penthouse options for each of these floor plans — floors thirty-eight through forty are for penthouse apartments.

Each of our two-bedrooms also have two bathrooms, so no one will have to fight over whose turn it is to take a shower.

Features in All Floor Plans

Our units are divided into four types based on design finishes, kitchen features, and building location. Our categories include Gallery, Elevation, Collection, and Penthouse. Gallery is our most basic unit, Elevation has upscale finishes, Collection features premium finishes and experiential bonuses, and Penthouse apartments are our most luxurious option. There are full details on the differences in these floor plans.

Some amenities are common through our floor plans. Ceiling heights start at 9 feet so you will always experience the airy lightness of space over your head. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in floods of natural light. Roller shades are stylish and effective for blocking the sun or getting privacy. Some units have balconies, either full or Juliette. Wood-style floors keep the atmosphere distinguished and contemporary.

Luxury kitchen features include fridges with French doors, a gas range (except for our “Gallery” units, which are electric smooth tops), and garbage disposal.

All units have an included washer/dryer and a Nest thermometer for smart control over the temperature. Units on floors 30-40, which include our “collection” units and the penthouses, have high-end appliances from Bosch or Fisher & Paykel.

Penthouse Apartments

Our penthouse apartments are luxuries in terms of apartment amenities, but our penthouse residences also get unique luxury experiences during their stay.

10-foot ceilings, herringbone flooring, privacy shades, and excellent views of Downtown and San Francisco define these luxury units.

The kitchen gets upscale treatment with waterfall countertops, a split-top gas stove, a wine refrigerator, and a stacked wall oven.

Penthouse residents get invited to a monthly happy hour and weekly brunches. Every lease term, they are offered one complimentary rental of the Private Dining Lounge. Twice a month, they receive complimentary cleanings and get move-in assistance on us.

Balconies

Two of our two-bedroom floor plans come with a balcony. Some units have full balconies, and some have Juliette balconies which have only a small balcony space and help let the breeze into the apartment. These balconies are great for getting the wind in your hair, a closer look at the beautiful city and waterfront views, and for having a peaceful meal or a few drinks with friends.

The Lincoln floor plan, one of our most popular, features a balcony attached to the living space. The second bedroom looks over it, and it’s paired with two walls worth of giant windows.

The Fruitvale is our other two-bedroom with a balcony. In this layout, the master bedroom looks over the balcony and the living room opens onto it.

Walk-In Closets

Atlas is committed to providing everyday luxury to our residents, and as part of the that, we’ve found space in many of our two-bedroom apartments for walk-in closets.

All but one of our two-bedrooms have walk-in closets, and those floorpans are:

• The Lafayette (which actually has two walk-in closets — one in each bedroom.
• The Lincoln (which features a walk-in closet in the master bedroom).
• The Claremont which has a walk-in closet in the master bedroom.
• The Fruitvale which has two — including a walk-in closet on-suite to the master bathroom.
• The Piedmont which also has a walk-in closer on-suite to the master bathroom.

A Kitchen Island

Two of our two bedroom apartment layouts have kitchen islands, which gives residents extra counter space and eating space. It’s simply a luxurious detail.

• The Lincoln has an especially large living space, which makes room for a kitchen island. In the Penthouse finish, these units also have a waterfall countertop detail.
• The Lafayette has a kitchen island too, expanding the counter space marvelously.

Corner Apartments

One of our two-bedroom layouts is a corner apartment. That means the floor-to-ceiling windows expand across two walls, meeting in the corner and giving the effect of the apartment floating over the city.
