Atlas studios are for the residents who want more city access than space, but don’t want to sacrifice modern conveniences and everyday luxuries. We have four different studio apartment floor plan options. Each unit is distinctive and stylish.

These thoughtful layouts are available on several floors of our 40-story high rise in downtown Oakland, and come in three finish packages.

Luxury Amenities

While we have four finish options — Gallery, Elevation, Collection, and Penthouse, Studio units are all available as Gallery units and are located on floors 3—10.

Gallery units are modern and bright with San Diego Oak laminate flooring, quartz white countertops, dark brown cabinetry, and gray design details.

Gallery units have Samsung and Frigidaire brand appliances and an electric smooth top range for easy cleaning.

Like all our units, these studios have stainless kitchen appliances, including a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. The refrigerator has French Doors for a luxe kitchen experience. All units include a garbage disposal and in-unit washer and dryer for everyday convenience. A Nest thermostat keeps your home modern and smart. Temperature is easy to control to precision.

The 9-foot ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows make these apartments filled with natural light and add an illusion of expansive space. The windows offer gorgeous views of Oakland and the Bay.

Walk-In Closets

Our Mosswood studio apartment floor plan features a walk-in closet — something most studios can’t say they have. This thoughtful layout also features a large bathroom and a full wall of floor-to-ceiling windows in the living space.

Built-In Desk

Some of our studio floor plans come with the unique design detail of a built-in desk. This multi-use table space is added on to the kitchen and has the same quartz countertop. While meant as a desk, this space is versatile. It can be used as extra countertop space for kitchen prep or for eating. As a desk, it’s large and spacious and saves you from finding yet another piece of furniture.

Our Mosswood and Rockridge layouts have this feature.

Giant Windows

All our studio units feature floor-to-ceiling windows, but one of our studio floor plans has so much window that it is a distinguishing feature of the apartment. Our Sibley layout, along the longest edge of the apartment, has a 22’ 11” long window with gorgeous views at the center of the apartment. If you love Oakland and sunshine, you can’t miss the Sibley units.

Multiple Closets

If you love closet space, you’ll love our studio apartment with features an extra-large living space closet and extra closet space in the entryway for all the extra things you just can’t seem to let go of. Our Trestle Glen floor plan features these two closets.
