We have 19 one-bedroom apartment floor plans. We offer endless personalized living experiences that allow you to choose the layout that best fits your life.
These distinct and thoughtfully-designed layouts are spread throughout the 40 floors of our downtown Oakland apartment tower. There are one-bedrooms available for each of our finish packages, so you get to choose which colors, features, and design details you wish to live with.
Finish Package Options
We have four finish package options, which include different design details. Some packages also include complimentary services.
Our Gallery package is for our modern apartments with essential luxuries and contemporary designs. They can be found on floors 3—10.
Elevation packages have some upscale finishes such as a gas stove and a sophisticated color palette, and can be found on floors 11—29.
Collection packages have premium features like upgrade appliances and a monthly complimentary monthly cleaning service. They are on floors 30—37.
Penthouse is our most luxurious experience. High-end appliances, kitchens that would suit a chef, and indulgent design details make these apartments stand out along with their incredible views. Our penthouse apartment experiences include monthly happy hours, weekly brunches, twice-a-month complimentary cleaning, and more. These take up our top 3 floors.

A Kitchen Island
No man is an island, but several of our kitchens come with one. The Channel apartment has a large kitchen featuring a generous island.
The Snowpark + Den has an island that will be the heart of the apartment and the center of conversation and activity.
The Temescal has a large kitchen right as you walk in, along with an island to sit at.
A Balcony
Several of our one-bedroom apartments have a balcony. Some units have full-sized — or even quite large — balconies while some units have just Juliette balconies. Our floor plans with balconies are listed below.

The Corner Apartment
Our one-bedroom corner apartment is The Shoreline, which is a special floor plan with two walls of floor-to-ceiling windows that meet at the corner. This glistening apartment of glass will make you feel like you’re floating over the city.
A Walk-In Closet
Most of our one bedrooms have walk-in closets attached to the master bedroom. We found space for these when planning out floor plans because of our desire to provide everyday luxuries and modern conveniences to our

Apartments with a Den or Office
We have three floor plans which feature a one-bedroom apartment with an additional room that can function as a den or an office. This extra space is extra-useful to those who work from home, need extra play space for kids, or want a hobby room (think — a room filled with plants or craft supplies!).
These floor plans are The Snowpark + Den, the Redwood + Den, and the Lake Merritt + Den.
En Suite Bathroom
We have four wonderful floor plans with en suite bathrooms. If you don’t want to have to walk far from the bathroom to your closet to get dressed in the morning, or from your shower to your bed to sleep at night, these floor plans are for you. This extra luxurious amenity will have you feeling like a royal in these apartments:
